Garlic Dill Potatoes (Boston Market Copy-cat)

Serves 6


12 med Redskin Potatoes
4 1/2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 1/2 tbsp Dill
3 tsp Garlic, minced
3/8 tsp Salt


Cut potatoes into wedges. Boil until just barely done. Drain. Combine melted butter, dill, garlic & salt in small bowl. Return potatoes to pan, pour garlic butter over potatoes and mix well. Add additional salt to taste.

These are a great side to go with the pulled pork BBQ. They are so easy to make and taste magnificant.
