Chicken Chili


1 lb. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
48 oz. jar norther beans; drained
24 oz. jar med. salsa; chunky
8 oz. grated monterey-jack cheese
1/2 C cream cheese
1 med onion; chopped
1 sm can chicken broth
1 tbsp chili powder
salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together, cook in crock pot or stove top for 1-3 hours.

* I added cooked spaghetti to left-overs for a dinner a few nights later. Awesom.
